About the Author

Falyn Matsudaira

began writing short stories when she was seven years old, and she wrote Spooky the Scaredy-Cat while attending college. Upon graduating, Falyn worked with children in foster care. During this time she learned that stories with relatable characters help children and grow in astounding ways. Currently Falyn works for The Walt Disney Company, and her dream is to create memorable characters that bring joy to children, families, and individuals around the world.
